We founded Pattiecakes gluten free bakery with one goal in mind: use high quality ingredients that don’t compromise the products. A little background on me. I have  been passionate about baking my entire life. In September 2022 I was diagnosed with celiac disease. I found it difficult to find gluten free baked goods that tasted good. I decided to change that. I would like to share my passion with all of you.
